[mrtg] Customer MRTG Program

Has anyone seen MTRG with user logins to only permit a user to see
their statistic and no one elses?  basically what I need is MRTG,
with a web interface to configure new MRTG interfaces on Cisco switches &
routers, each user can have 1 or more ports on the switch/router.  Each user
has 1 username, and their own directory where their stats are stored.  There
are multiple switches and routers also.  So from the admin page you could
create a user, tell it which switch/router the customer is on, and which
ports the customer is using, it would then create them a directory, and
start tracking their stats.  The customer would also need to login to view
their stats.

Very similar to the PACT interface http://pact.insider.org/ , but using the
MRTG graphs.
