I *think* you can put 

Legend1[target]: FS Reads (or whatever it is for the green gauge)
Legend2[target]: FS Writes (or whatever it is for the blue gauge)
#Legend3[target]:
#Legend4[target]:

in you .cfg file and you should be good.  Either that or remove the # and don't put anything in for Legend 3 & 4.

No, but you kan adjust the WithPeak-parameter and selectively
turn off the two last graphs for different views.
