[mrtg] Cisco LocalDirector 416 SNMP information

I can't seem to pick up anything from our Cisco local director's
implementation of SNMP - I know the information seems to be there, but
walking through the device (I am still locaating all teh MIBS supported by
this device) seems to return nothing...
