[mrtg] DS1 MIB (RFC 1406) - best way to graph?

What's the best way to graph the values from the DS1 mib? I'm looking to
track physical errors on T1 controllers attached to a Cisco 3640 running IOS
12.0.7XK1

There are three sets of numbers:
transmission.18.7 gives the counters for the most recent 15 minute period,
which may have started 30 seconds ago or 15 minutes ago. The counters reset
to zero every 15 minutes.
transmission.18.8 gives a breakdown of each 15 minute period for the past 24
hours. I haven't had much luck with this one, and not all Cisco hardware
reports this. On the 3640, a WIC-1DSU-T1 gives the information, while a
VWIC-1DSU-2T1 does not. I think I also checked an NM-1FE-2CT1, which I
believe did not have the information.

transmission.18.9 gives the counters for the last 24 periods. After 24
hours the numbers roll off the end. I could graph it as a gauge, but we
really only care about the deltas. I don't think MRTG would handle negative
deltas very well.

Any ideas?
