[mrtg] SNMP error

Hello,
I'm trying to monitor GroupWise post office message stor on the server. I do not have any problem when I run snmputil (NT resource kit utility) at the command line to test the OID (1.3.6.1.4.23.2.38.1.1.1.21.1). But when I try to run MRTG on the command line, I get the following SNMP error message:
