Hi,

as far as I know, HP supports the standard printer mib.
have this somewhere from this list...

have to search a little on monday if you aren't able to go 
on with this info...

here's what I collect:
printed pages total: .1.3.6.1.2.1.43.10.2.1.4.1.1
sheets in 2000 sheet feader: .1.3.6.1.2.1.43.8.2.1.10.1.5

second value is not very precise. You get values 0,500,1000,1500
(and perhaps 2000). But I like it, cause it somehow shows what is
possible.

PS: I'm monitoring a HP Color Laserjet 8500...
    My config includes much german text. Would have to translate
    to include them totally. Monday if you tell me you need it...

Try a snmp walk and compare it to a print out of the printers configuration.

if that fails try 1.3.6.1.2.1.43.10.2.1.4.1.1 (Not sure if it is total or
total since last reset)
anyway it works for a 4000 and 4500.

Have looked, but have not been able to find the mibs for a HP Jetdirect
board.  I would like to monitor the page count on some of our high speed
printers.  Has anyone done this yet?  Where can I get the mib files for
this so that I can use GETIF to determine the OIDs?
