A bit more detail would help as well.
It is running in cron on a RH 6.2 as following:

[root at nobu /root]# crontab -l
# DO NOT EDIT THIS FILE - edit the master and reinstall.
# (/tmp/crontab.1169 installed on Thu Jun 1 10:16:03 2000)
# (Cron version -- $Id: crontab.c,v 2.13 1994/01/17 03:20:37 vixie Exp $)
00 03 * * * /root/backup/backup.pl
0,5,10,15,20,25,30,35,40,45,50,55 * * * * /usr/bin/mrtg /home/httpd/mrtg/mrtg.cfg

still stuck with that annoying problem.
