[mrtg] Preventing negative values from being graphed

I vaguely remember seeing this in documentation a few weeks back, but I
can't find it again. I would like to configure my MRTG graphs so that
when I clear the counters on a Cisco router (IO errors specifically) it
will not take the difference (which would be a negative number) and
graph it as if it were positive. Instead, I would like it to ignore such
occurrences...
