If your probing CPU utilization it should look like this
Target[cpu]:
1.3.6.1.4.1.9.2.1.57.0&1.3.6.1.4.1.9.2.1.58.0:public at 10.10.10.11
MaxBytes[cpu]: 100
Title[cpu]: CPU Utilization rt01 (rt01-fe1-0-0.inicia.es)
PageTop[cpu]: <H1>CPU Utilization rt01 (rt01-fe1-0-0.inicia.es)
</H1>
<TABLE>
<TR><TD>System:</TD><TD>rt01 in </TD></TR>
<TR><TD>Maintainer:</TD><TD></TD></TR>
<TR><TD>IP:</TD><TD> cpu-temp (10.10.10.11)</TD></TR>
</TABLE>
Options[cpu]: gauge
Last statement is very important.
Also you should through the manual on how to change the labels on the
graph.
It is important to remember that when you specify the SNMP OID you must
configure 2 as MRTG is expecting two.

I'm new to the list and MRTG as well, I'm able to monitor my interfaces
and
the traffic flow.
When I attempt to use the following ODI
"1.3.6.1.2.1.4.20.1.2.1.3.6.1.4.1.9.2.1.58.0" I get this error,
SNMP Error:

Here is the OID for Cisco CPU Utilization (1 minute and 5 minute) as well
as
quite a few others we found to be useful.. :) My suggestion is to do a
manual SNMP Get and GetNext on them. Some of these require an additional
"port" tagged onto the end.

Subject: [mrtg] CPU Utilization.
Hello,
I have just joined the list and have a question. How do I set up
MRTG to
read CPU utilization on a Cisco router? In the documents that I have, it
mentions that you need an OID number, but I do not kow where to pull that
value from. (ie: OID_1&OID_2:public at 192.168.1.1) If this question has
already been covered, then can someone direct me to where in the archives
I
can look.
Thanks,
