[mrtg] MTRG 2.8.12 (.png file)

Dear Sirs
     Due to some change with MRTG 2.8.10, convert .gif to .png file, by
using Netscpae Communicator 4.02, I'm not be able to see any of the .png
file. On the other hand, by using Netscpae Communicator higher version or
Internet Explorer, everything is work just fine. Is this a limitation of
.png file or else?
