Jim,  you are trying to run a non existent script, there is no "run" script
as per your syntax:
d:\mrtg-2.8.10\run


It should be:

D:\mrtg-2.8.10\run>c:\perl\bin\perl d:\mrtg-2.8.10\run\mrtg
d:\mrtg-2.8.10\mrtg.cfg

I've setup MRTG at a different company where it worked great. I'm trying to
do it again, on a NT 4.0 box, same procedure, but getting the following
error:

D:\mrtg-2.8.10\run>c:\perl\bin\perl d:\mrtg-2.8.10\run
d:\mrtg-2.8.10\mrtg.cfg
Can't open perl script "d:\mrtg-2.8.10\run": Permission denied

I'm on the box as an Administrator, and there are full rights to all the
shares.

Any ideas would be great!
