I have an cisco AS5300 running IOS 12.0(4)T1, I had to append a .0 to
the OID's:

'cpmISDNCfgBChanInUseForAnalog' => '1.3.6.1.4.1.9.10.19.1.1.2.0',
        The number of configured ISDN B-Channels that are
        currently occupied by analog calls.
'cpmISDNCfgBChannelsInUse'      => '1.3.6.1.4.1.9.10.19.1.1.3.0',
        The number of configured ISDN B-Channels that are
        currently occupied by both Digital and Analog calls.
'cpmActiveDS0s'                 => '1.3.6.1.4.1.9.10.19.1.1.4.0',
        The number of DS0s that are currently in use.

Try an snmpwalk and grep for OIDs containing 9.10.19.1.1
maybe appending the .0 helps fro the 3640, also.

Cheers
