Don't know what kind of switch the lines from the Sun are plugged into,
but on a cisco catalyst, the aggregate traffic for that etherchannel group
is reported via an "aggregate interface". If you do an snmpwalk of a
cisco cat doing etherchannel, you'll see an aggregate interface. Tell
MRTG to graph that.
As an alternative, you could tell MRTG to add the values it gets for the
ports that the "trunked" lines are plugged into, like:
Target[switch]: 1:public at ip.address+2:public at ip.address
Where 1 and 2 are the numbers of the interfaces that are in the
etherchannel group (or trunk in sun terminology).
