With MRTG you can't have more that two. If  you need tree or more take a
look at:

http://ee-staff.ethz.ch/~oetiker/webtools/rrdtool/
for the database

and

http://www.munitions.com/~jra/cricket/
for the front end

I have not tried cricket myself but i looks good.
