I found the problem, 
it was in the cfg file :

LegendI[mycisco]:
LegendO[mycisco]:   if's:

writehtml function write the results if the legend is not empty,
so I change with :

LegendI[mycisco]: &nbsp: if's
LegendO[mycisco]:
