[mrtg] monitoring memory & cpu usage

dear friends

 i am running RH 6.0, mrtg 2.8.9 , 

is it possible to monitor cpu and disk usage of host running RH 6.`( this host is on same N/w other then Host on which mrtg is running)
 
if  it is possible , just guide me how ?
