    No no, I want the OPPOSITE.

    a) I NEED it to be at Integer, and I also do _not_ need the gauge
       option (nor the absolute for that matter).
    b) I WANT my ShortLegend to show up.

    If I don't put the Integer option, the ShortLegend shows up just
    fine.  Put, the moment I put in Integer, ShortLegend goes right
    out the window and doesn't get displayed anymore.
