[mrtg] RunAsDaemon and Cron????

greetings,

I have several devices that i poll via a cron job,...
I Have new devices i would like poll via RunAsDaemon from the Same MRTG app.


Do I have to do one or the other? ie,..run all of them from cron or 
convert my older files and run them from Daemon?

is there a limit as to how many config files I have executed via daemon?
