[mrtg] monitoring misc snmp values ?

Hi, how can I monitor a value, when the numbered mib is unknown. I just know 
what snmpwalk puts out:

host.hrDevice.hrProcessorTable.hrProcessorEntry.hrProcessorLoad.2 = INTEGER: 8
