    First off, I should point out that I run MRTG on a unix system.  With that
said, to gather smtp values, I use 'mailstats' and a perl script to collect the
information I need from it.  As for the web transfers, I use the builtin status
info page in Apache and again another perl script to collect the information.

    I suspect not many out there have the same setup as me, so it may not be as
important for everyone to see the way I'm doing it.  Unless I get some requests
for the exact setup, I'll send this information to William alone.
