Yes. Check out the mrtg-ping-probe in the contrib directory...

Subject: [mrtg] WAN Response Time Monitoring

Hi,

I am extremely new to MRTG so please excuse any naive questions (I have
only
recently seen it in use by my colleagues in the US and am trying to
understand
how it fits together and what it can/cannot do. I'd like to implement
in Europe
if possible).

Enough of the waffle and down to business....

Is it possible to monitor WAN response times? Basically I would like to
perform
periodic PING type tests from a central MRTG server to various end nodes
on the
network (routers)and then report this as per normal MRTG graph format.

Any assistance gratefully received. Thanks in advance.
