[mrtg] Installing MRTG

I'm having a problem installing MRTG. This is suppose to be easy but I'm
stuck. First, I'm having trouble installing GD. Does anyone have better
instructions. The document I have says that I have to install it before
MRTG. I'm using Windows NT 4.0 Server.
