[mrtg] APC Matrix 5000 Monitoring

I am trying to get the following config to work:

It is supposed to return the Battery Run Time (in ticks).  The only 
value that will return in the log file is a '1'.  My SNMP probe 
returns a value of 660000, which is correct.

I ran the script with a different OID - 
1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.1.2.2.2.0 - for temperature monitoring, and it 
worked fine.

Why won't MTRG return the correct value for this config?
