[mrtg] Non-Changing Data

I am new to MRTG and I have installed it on my RH6.1 Linux box. I am monitoring a couple of Cisco routers but MRTG does not seem to be updating any values for a couple of the interfaces... I can ping them and send data though them but they do not change that a constant straight line... Any ideas?
