[mrtg] Viewing OIDs in Linux

Hello,
does anyone know what the OIDs are for monitoring, Hard Disk Free via SNMP on a Linux System.
we get a variable, but when we do an snmp walk on this attribute we get more than one OID value, and we have problems monitoring this via MRTG has anyone done this before and if so what are the variables that you have used?

.1.3.6.1.2.1.25.2.3.1.* are the hdd variables from what i can see.
