[mrtg] Threshold Cfg

Hi Everybody,

I Have mrtg-2.8.9 for NT and I need config. threshold for a link
utilization. I want with the mrtg play a wav file but this message appear :

THE NAME SPECIFIED IS NOT RECOGNIZED AS AN INTERNAL OR EXTERNAL COMMAND,
OPERABLE PROGRAM OR BATCH FILE

I made a bat file but the message continous !!!

What I make for play this sound ???
