[mrtg] Where can I find ping-probe?

Question 1:
Can anyone point me in the right direction please.  I am looking for the
ping-probe
utility but it has been removed form the latest mrtg distribution.

Question 2:
Am I right in thinking ping-probe will run on Windows NT as well as Unix? (If
not, is there
a separate version for NT?)
