You can not run a wav file. You can only play a wav file. Therefore, you
will need a program that will play a wav file and will accept the name
of the wav file from the command prompt. The sound player that comes by
default with WIndows NT will not automatically play a wav file upon
opening (that I am aware of) so you will have to look for one that will
take the name of the wav file passed at the command prompt, play it and
then close itself.

I made a bat file but the message continous !!!
