[mrtg] Another T1 usage question.

We have three T1's we are monitoring.  On the graph, the Y axis goes up to
200.  Are the usage percentages based on 200, or the max bandwith of a T1.
Our T1's show they are topping out at 154.2 kB/s with a percentage of 79.9.
If my math is correct, 154.2 is a lot more than 79.9 percent of the max T1.

I guess my question basically boils down to this.  If our T1 is maxing out
at 154.2, is that the max our T1 can do??
