[mrtg] Cisco Port Question

Have MRTG monitoring my ports on our Cisco 4000. We have many sub interfaces
(ie serial 0.1 etc) However I do not "see" them in the config I do see
serial 0:1 but it is not showing any data, which can not be since this is a
connection to 1 of out plants. What am I doing wrong?
