[mrtg] Re: NT run as daemon

I had the same experience. However I've found that if you run it from 'Scheduled
Tasks' (look in Windows explorer, right beneath Printers) you only get one
pop-up window. Another benefit of running it this way is that any changes you
make to the cfg file shows up the very next execution and you don't have to
delete stuff or stop this or that. You can also very easily pause the 'Scheduled
Task' service if you want or need to.

I'm still investigating how to get the pop-up window to run minimized. If I find
anything I'll post here.

Robert

Subject: [mrtg] NT run as daemon

Hi,

is there someone who uses this also ?

i'm running it, and it's working OK. But...... every time MRTG is runned, a lot
of windows are popping up.
is there a way to run those windows minimized, or evenhide them ?

Thanks,

Rogier
