[mrtg] obviously wrong information in graph

I am using rrdtool 1.0.28
If you look at the picture I am attaching, you will see that 
the graph shows a peak for ICP (blue line) well over 60K, yet the text
line suggests that the peak is 47K. 

Anybody know what is going on?
