I erred in my previous reply.  For those who missed it, this is what I said:

In sub GenConf, modify the line "${c}Target[$name]: $ifref:$router" to say "${c}Target[$name]: ifInDiscards.$ifref&ifOutDiscards.$ifref:$router".

*That* should get you what you want.  =)
