[mrtg] indexmaker and mixed case?

	I am setting up an mrtg instance that will user Gnumetrics as he data source.
	The mrtg config file that gets generated has upper case target array names.
	mrtg is creating files with lowercase names from this. I have no problem with
	this, however when I run indexmaker on this config file, it creates a
	index.html file which references the .html files using upper case. Therfore all
	the links from this page are broken.

	How can I fix this?
