[mrtg] Netscape/PNG/Peer Web server solution

I just wanted to follow up on the solution that I used to get the PNG files 
to work with Netscape when I was running a MS Peer Web Server on an NT 4.0 
workstation.

Simply adding the NT Option Pack 4.0 turned the peer web service into an IIS 
4.0 service that did have the ability to add a new MIME type for PNG so that 
it was treated as an image format.
