Here is all OIDs I know about HP9000/800

1.3.6.1.4.1.11.2.3.1.4.1.0  - Number of running processes
1.3.6.1.4.1.11.2.3.1.1.2.0  - Number of login users
1.3.6.1.4.1.11.2.3.1.1.3.0  - CPU load average in the last 1 minutes( this
can exceed 100 )
1.3.6.1.4.1.11.2.3.1.1.4.0  - CPU load average in the last 5 minutes( this
can exceed 100 )
1.3.6.1.4.1.11.2.3.1.1.5.0  - CPU load average in the last 15 minutes( this
can exceed 100 )
1.3.6.1.4.1.11.2.3.1.1.13.0  - Percentage of user CPU time
1.3.6.1.4.1.11.2.3.1.1.14.0  - Percentage of system CPU time
1.3.6.1.4.1.11.2.3.1.1.15.0  - Percentage of idle CPU time

Disk OID is different from system to system.
With snmpwalk, get the complete list of OIDs for the disk.
And use snmpget for exact OID.
The following is the prefix for disk OID. use snmpwalk.
1.3.6.1.4.1.11.2.3.1.2.2.1.4  - Total disk space
1.3.6.1.4.1.11.2.3.1.2.2.1.5  - Available disk space
