I haven't tested this but I'd say that rrd databases should be created with
these flags:

                          "RRA:MAX:0.5:1:600",
                          "RRA:MAX:0.5:1:700",
                          "RRA:MAX:0.5:1:775",
                          "RRA:MAX:0.5:1:797");

This would make more sense to me than:

                          "RRA:MAX:0.5:1:600",
                          "RRA:MAX:0.5:6:700",
                          "RRA:MAX:0.5:24:775",
                          "RRA:MAX:0.5:288:797");
