[mrtg] Graph Data missing when full (14all)

I am getting some weird results with 14all.  It works great except when I
reach the maxbytes value at the top edge of my graph, it seems to not make
the graph lines for data which is 100% of the capacity... (it looks like 0
use or missed polls)

Has anyone else had this problem, and does anyone know why?  Could this be
because it is going over the maxbytes value?

I am monitoring pm3 modem usage, and the maxbytes is set to 48, but i think
it may show 49 used if a administrator logs in to the telnet...
