[mrtg] ANNOUNCE: mrtg-2.9.0pre30 (RC2)

Folks,
mrtg 2.9.0 is complete ... I have put out this release as
version 2.9.0pre30 ... please download and test it and see if it
does what you want ...
I would like to rlease 2.9.0 on thursday. (without having to
release 2.9.1 right there after, so please TEST)
you can email bug reports to my address OFF-LIST ...
