[mrtg] RedHat 7.0

    Looks like RedHat 7.0 comes with MRTG 2.8.12 - wheeee.  Keep in mind
though, they just released a bugfix for it (they linked against the
wrong libpng), so for those of you that also have RH7.0, get the update.
