[mrtg] Public Page

    I've changed my public MRTG page so that a public viewer no longer
has to enter a login.  For those that care to see what I've done, it's
at http://mrtg.yeehaw.net

    Tobias, that page also has a few instructions on how I accomplished
some of my stats, and I know some folks on the list ask from time to
time how something got done and I end up pointing them to that page
every time.  Do you care to go over it and add it to the MRTG site as a
reference?  Maybe on the 'user pages' ?
