[mrtg] How to use external data file.

Hi:

I use scripts creat a external data file every 5 minutes. Then I want 
to use this data file to generate mrtg graphic pages.

But when I run ./mrtg mrtg.cfg, I get error message: 
"Could not get any data from external command 
`/tmp/mrtg-2.8.12/c2509/ausers.log`
Maybe the external command did not even start. (Illegal seek)   "

Can anyone tell me how to configure the mrtg.cfg to use the external 
data file? And what 's the format of the data file?

My mrtg.cfg is configured with:

WorkDir: /tmp/mrtg-2.8.12/c2509
WithPeak[^]: ymw
