[mrtg] Error when runnging crontab

Could someone help me.
I am getting the following error when trying to run crontab the first time
ld.so.1: /usr/local/mrtg-2/bin/rateup: fatal: libpng.so.2: open failed: No 
such file or directory
WARNING: rateup died from Signal 9
  with Exit Value 0 when doing router 'rt.xx_000.000.000.000'
  Signal was 9, Returncode was 0

Could someone shine some light on my problem.
