0 seconds --> two processes are started at the same time.
Check if there are two entries in your crontab file(s). For instance,
you could have an entry in the user-specific crontab (crontab -l) and
in the system crontab (vi /etc/crontab).
You can verify this by checking the log file /var/log/cron
