[mrtg] squid OID.

Hi:

I want to monitor squid 2.2 proxy server. But I don't know the snmp OID 
of the squid. The Example  squid.html  which locate the /doc doesn't 
work. Mrtg seems doesn't know the name such as cacheServerInKb, 
cacheServerOUTKb ,cacheHttpHits. Can someone help me to walk out?
