I haven't done this in a while, but my OID that I have for our stuff is
the following

1.3.6.1.4.1.429.4.2.1.10.0&1.3.6.1.4.1.429.4.2.1.10.0:xxxxyyyzzz

Does this show how many are in use at one time, or is this where your
graph ends.  On mine it goes to 120 even though we only have 116.

Also if you have 168 lines, but 172 modems total in the chassis (Maybe
some of the quads or PRI's aren't configured that could have an effect.

Don't know if this helps, but to answer your first question the OID is
correct.
