[mrtg] SNMP to HTML

Hello all, 

Not an MTRG question, but same genre:

Does anyone know of a utility that will work similar to MRTG but for
non-graphed functions?  For example, get the value of an oid (which could be
anything, say the ip address and MAC of the nic attached to a switch port)
and turn it into an html file?  I was thinking about trying this with
command line utilities and batch files (I'm on NT, don't have VB or
anything), but if someone else has already done it that's even better.
