[mrtg] Cef layer

I am having a few problems.
When I run cfgmaker on my router, it is not picking up one or two 
interfaces but it does have a marked out cef layer.  Why is it not finding 
these interfaces??  I have the interfaces referenced by the IP.  DNS has 
been made, and they use a valid IP address and still they are not showing up.
Any Ideas??
