[mrtg] mrtg-2.9.3: cfgmaker Memory Problem

Finally, I have some time to work on upgrading from mrtg-2.8.12.  I had just
downloaded mrtg-2.9.2 when Tobi announced mrtg-2.9.3.  I downloaded the new
version and ran into the following problem.

This problem was not present in mrtg-2.9.2.  The problem occurs with every
router or switch that I have even the smallest in terms of the number of
interfaces, a Catalyst 3508G.
