[mrtg] ANN: new 14all with some fixes ("unmatched []")

I fixed some problems with 14all and made new versions available on its
web site

included is a patch for the "unmatched []" error which several people
reported to me. Please try the new versions (1.0p26 / 1.1p13) and tell
me if you have any problems.
